How are the meals delivered?
Krave Kitchen meals are always delivered fresh, never frozen. Refrigerate meals once they are received.
How do I prepare my meals?
You will find recommended heating instructions for each item on the product label. If you have any questions about preparation instructions, reach out to our team.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Minimum order quantity is 4 items.
Are there specific delivery days and times?
Deliveries are currently done on Tuesdays between 3-7pm.
Is there a cutoff day/time to place an order for the following week?
Orders and payment must be received on Saturdays by 8:00pm PST for deliveries the following week.
How far in advance can orders be placed?
Orders can be placed three weeks out.
How often is the menu updated?
Every week a new menu is added. Menus can be viewed three weeks out.
Is there a delivery fee?
No!! Krave Kitchen currently does not charge for delivery.
Where does Krave Kitchen deliver?
Krave Kitchen currently delivers to the cities of Danville, San Ramon, Dublin and Alamo, California. Our delivery area is constantly expanding, so check back soon!
